News Module

The News Module can be used for a lot of different things. Post press releases and other company news. Post announcements on upcoming events or specials. You can even use it as a simple blogging tool.

There are plenty of configuration options.. you can allow or not allow commenting, decide how many items show up on a page, change colors combinations, and you decide if you want to post as one long item or break it down to a teaser and full article type layout.


Handy Tip #1 - 3Hole Punches

It can be a real pain to have a page rip out of a 3-hole binder. Or worse, you screw up when you are punching the holes and punch them too close to the edge of the paper.

Well, fixing it is easy. Don't bother with those 3-hole enforcers, just grab your Scotch tape. A piece about two inches long, folded over the edge of the paper so it covers the botched hole from front and back is all it takes. Then you just re-punch the page and you are good to go!
